Use of AnswerAtlas
You may use AnswerAtlas to audit Shopify catalog readiness, review product data and schema gaps, manage AI-readable catalog guidance, evaluate crawler and referral signals, and access educational resources. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users or systems.
Accounts and store access
If you connect a Shopify store or create an account, you are responsible for maintaining authorized access, protecting credentials, and ensuring that any submitted store, account, billing, or contact information is accurate and shared with appropriate permission.
Subscriptions and availability
Some AnswerAtlas features may be free, paid, usage-limited, or available only on specific plans. Features, pricing, usage limits, and availability may change over time. Any applicable subscription, billing, cancellation, or refund terms may also be governed by the platform or payment provider used to purchase the service.
Recommendations and audit outputs
AnswerAtlas provides readiness signals, diagnostics, checklists, and recommendations based on available store, catalog, content, schema, crawler, and analytics data. These outputs are informational and should be reviewed in the context of your store, customers, operations, and compliance requirements before implementation.
No guaranteed AI search outcomes
AnswerAtlas helps improve readiness signals such as product data clarity, schema coverage, FAQ gaps, catalog exposure, crawler visibility, and measurement setup. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, revenue, platform adoption, or inclusion in AI-generated answers.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your store content, product data, pricing, availability, policies, customer-facing claims, and how you apply recommendations. You should verify generated or suggested content before publishing it to your store or using it in customer-facing materials.
Website and educational content
Blog posts, guides, templates, screenshots, examples, and other materials are provided for informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and they may not apply to every store or jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You may not use AnswerAtlas to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or compromise the service; submit unlawful or unauthorized data; misrepresent your affiliation with a store; or use outputs in a misleading or unlawful way.
Changes to the service or terms
We may update the website, product, features, documentation, pricing, or these terms over time. Continued use of AnswerAtlas after updates means you accept the revised terms.
